Fairly clean and spacious venue with exceptional views. Central heating, a safe, and television in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Particularly nice morning meal in the garden. Great and incredible location in the nice enough area, short walk to the garden at times, markets and restaurants, and tourist attractions. Besides, very convenient to Baratashvili Bridge.

The location is excellent and amazing, the check in is early. And its 12 miles from Novo Alexeyevka airport. The rooms are neat and bright, with a couch and a couch bed.

Bright and extremely spacious room, everything was nice. The room with a comfy bed. We received good service from the helpful and attentive staff. The setting was incredible, adjacent to bakeries, and the center. And it was a 10-15 minute walk from Just Tiflisi Restaurant, ate there couple of times.

The location is marvellous and incredible, just next door to Tbilissi, the capital city of Georgia, and the church - couldn't be better.

Location is perfect and fantastic, in a good area. Make sure to get quadruple room with a comfy bed, clean towels and a bath tub: )

The hotel of choice in Tbilisi. The property was clean with bright and reasonably spacious rooms and nice staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, a safe and multi-channel television in the room.

It was an amazing experience. I booked a bright and spacious room overlooking garden. It offered good service and appetising food too. Location: the hotel was just next door to the garden at times. I found Sirajkhana Wine Restaurant offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue...

The staff was really great and helpful, they offered us some complementary breakfasts when we were running late. the location of the hotel was just perfect, close to many restaurants and bars. the bed was also really comfortable, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the room.

The room we stayed in was really noisy and uncomfortable. We could hear other guests talking loudly in the garden, and the coffee maker was outdated and not very practical.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, which we appreciated. the location was great, with easy access to the center of the city and other tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel lobby, which had a family feel to it.

Our stay was not entirely without problems. The room was also uncomfortably hot due to the heater not turning off, and there was a sulfur-like smell in the room, likely due to water quality.
